Roles & Responsibilities: o Greet customers when they arrive at Dealership. o Consult with Technicians about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work. o Provide customers accurate Collision repair estimates & accurate repair timelines. o Explain / address Customer questions about Repair estimates (after consulting with technician if necessary) o Co-ordinate with Insurance team for Claim Approvals/Processing/Documentation. o Proactive approach in updating Customers about the work in progress. o Manage and oversee the parts orders / track the inventory & ensure timely receipt. o Clear explanation of the Job done On-Vehicle / Parts repaired-Replaced / Service charges / Payment process. Good to have : Ability to read-write-speak in English fluently. Ability to converse local language Kannada/ Hindi.
