Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome players upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Handle player enquiries, reservations, and seating arrangements professionally.
Make outbound calls to players for RSVPs, promotions, daily game updates, and tournament information.
Maintain the guest database, call logs, and daily attendance records.
Coordinate with operations, floor managers, and dealers to manage table flow and player seating.
Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Share details of promotions, offers, events, and club rules with players.
Assist in ID verification and ensure compliance with entry protocols.
Keep the reception area clean, organised, and guest-friendly.
Support marketing and telecalling teams during special events and campaigns.
Maintain confidentiality of all players and club activities.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident and polite with strong guest-handling skills.
Comfortable making daily outbound calls to players.
Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy hours.
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM preferred).
Experience in hospitality, gaming, poker clubs, or customer service is an advantage.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and late evenings.
Experience
1-4 years in guest relations, customer service, telecalling, or hospitality roles.
