Job Summary
We are seeking a well-organized and customer-focused Front Office Executive responsible for handling reception duties along with basic administrative activities and paperwork management. The role will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients & guests professionally at the reception desk
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to concerned departments
Maintain visitor logs and ensure access protocols are followed
Manage courier dispatch and receive parcels/documents
Support HR/Admin in documentation tasks (filing, scanning, data entry, maintaining records)
Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare necessary arrangements for meetings
Assist in procurement of office supplies and track inventory
Maintain cleanliness & orderliness of the front office area
Provide administrative support to internal departments when needed
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good organization, multitasking & time-management skills
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach
Prior experience in front desk or administrative role preferred

As per company norms
