Job Description

A Guest Relation Executive (GRE) in hotel management creates memorable guest experiences by handling check-ins/outs, addressing needs, resolving complaints, and coordinating with other departments, serving as a key liaison to build guest satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional communication, problem-solving, and proactive service, ensuring seamless operations and upholding hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcome & Assistance

: Greet guests, manage check-in/out, provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.

VIP & Special Guest Care

: Attend to VIPs, prepare welcome materials, and anticipate special needs.

Issue Resolution

: Promptly address and resolve guest complaints, requests, and inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.

Interdepartmental Coordination

: Liaise with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.

Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and daily activity logs.

Service Promotion

: Actively promote hotel services and facilities to enhance guest stay.

Feedback Management

: Collect and analyze guest feedback to suggest service improvements.
