Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a polite and professional manner
Guide patients regarding appointments, departments, procedures, and hospital facilities
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Handle patient queries, concerns, and feedback effectively
Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction during their hospital visit
Support admission, discharge, and billing-related coordination when required
Maintain proper records, registers, and patient feedback forms
Handle phone calls and direct inquiries to the concerned departments
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, service standards, and confidentiality norms
Assist in resolving complaints and escalating issues to the management when
necessary
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Polite, empathetic, and service-oriented attitude
Ability to handle patients and attendants calmly under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Good coordination and multitasking skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate (preferred)
Diploma or certification in Hospital Management / Patient Care is an added advantage
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Patient Services
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
