Job Description

Guest Relations Executives play a crucial role in hospitality and entertainment businesses.

They're responsible for providing superior customer service, addressing customer complaints, and enhancing guests' experiences.

They have the following duties and responsibilities:

Manage and update customer records to improve future customer service experiences Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with inquiries about services and facilities Train staff members on customer service skills and company policies Monitor customer satisfaction and provide suggestions for improvements Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of service and product offered to the guests Review and respond to customer feedback and online reviews in a timely manner Organize and manage customer care programs and events to enhance brand image and customer loyalty
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
