Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional and well-presented appearance
Assist guests during check-in and check-out
Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities and local attractions
Handle guest queries and minor concerns with confidence and courtesy
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office and other departments for smooth service
Maintain guest records and update information in the system
Support the team in daily front office operations
Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Computer literacy
A customer-oriented and professional attitude
An outgoing personality
Outstanding communication abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed
Record information in the logbook daily
Ensure compliance with health and quality standard.
