Guest Relationship Executive

, you will be the face of Adissia Group for our valued clients and visitors. You'll play a key role in managing client interactions, ensuring an exceptional customer journey, and assisting the sales and marketing teams in enhancing our brand image.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Provide information about properties, ongoing projects, and company services. Coordinate and schedule site visits, follow-ups, and client meetings. Maintain client records and ensure smooth communication across departments. Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations promptly. Support the sales team in client engagement and relationship management. Ensure the reception area and customer touch points reflect Adissia Group's brand standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Hospitality, Business, or Real Estate background preferred). 1-5 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or front office (real estate or hospitality sector preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-centric mindset.
