The Guest Relation Executive will be the first point of contact for patients, attendants, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth operational support. The role involves handling patient queries, coordinating with various departments, assisting in admission/discharge formalities, and ensuring excellent service delivery standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Coordinate patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes with the concerned departments.
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Guide patients and visitors to respective departments/consultation rooms.
Maintain patient feedback forms and escalate issues to Operations/HR when required.
Support the Front Office and OPD teams in managing workflow and service quality.
Ensure smooth coordination between Nursing, Billing, Housekeeping, and other support services.
Uphold hospital policies, procedures, and patient care standards.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist in daily operational reports and service quality audits.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling ability.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software (added advantage).
Fluency in Tamil and English (knowledge of Hindi/Telugu is a plus).
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in Hospitality Management / Hospital Administration / Any Discipline.
1-3 years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Operations in Healthcare or Hospitality sector.
