Job Description

Guest Engagement & Assistance

: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, and assist with special requests to enhance their stay.

VIP and Corporate Guest Management

: Identify and cater to VIP and corporate guests, ensuring personalized services and maintaining strong relationships with regular clients.

Issue Resolution

: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure satisfactory resolutions.

Guest Services Coordination

: Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs, such as arranging transportation, reservations, or special events.

Administrative Duties

: Maintain accurate guest records, ensure proper billing, and assist in planning and organizing guest events or special requests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
