What You'll Do:

Be the face of Mayaahi -- from the time of booking till checkout and there after. Welcome guests with genuine warmth and ensure their stay is smooth and memorable. Coordinate with restaurant, spa, and housekeeping teams to deliver top-notch service. Capture guest feedback, assist with photos/testimonials, and maintain guest records. Promote in-house experiences, dining, and spa services.

Who You Are:

Smart, well-spoken (English, Malayalam, Hindi). Friendly, positive, and passionate about hospitality. Prior experience of 2-3 years in guest relations/front office in a resort or hotel environment. Well-groomed, polite, and confident with excellent presentation skills. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays, as per guest requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setup. Basic photography and social media familiarity is a plus. Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and ensure quick resolution.
