Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Manage front office operations including phone calls, emails, and visitor records.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Well attire and well groomed
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and support.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and hospitality standards.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and handle basic administrative duties.
Support marketing or event-related hospitality activities when required.
Saturday and Sunday working day. Week days Week off.
