Greet and welcome guests, clients, and walk-ins at the front desk.
Assist customers with project-related inquiries, brochures, site visits, and appointments.
Coordinate with the sales and admin teams to ensure smooth client handling.
Manage and maintain the guest lounge and reception area to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and redirect calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a record of all client visits and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Support event coordination and customer engagement activities during launches and site visits.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients post-visits.
Handle customer grievances professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Minimum Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
1-3 years in customer service, hospitality, front office, or a similar role (preferably in real estate or hospitality sector)
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanor
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and telephone etiquette
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
