Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors at the site/office.
Coordinate and schedule property/site visits.
Manage front desk operations, calls, and visitor logs.
Support sales team with client handling and basic project information.
Ensure a pleasant customer experience and maintain reception area standards.
Handle client queries and follow up for resolutions.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; hospitality background preferred.
Excellent communication, grooming, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Pleasant, confident, and professional demeanor
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in customer-facing or hospitality/guest relations roles; real estate experience preferred.
Fluency in English and local languages (as per location requirement).
