Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally
Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless service
Anticipate guest needs and personalize service accordingly
Maintain guest profiles and ensure special preferences are met
Promote resort services and facilities
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, confident, and courteous
Prior experience in guest relations or front office in a luxury hotel/resort preferred
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality is required
