Requirements:

Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills Graduate (any stream) Prior hospitality or customer-facing experience is a plus Comfortable with evening/night shift hours Free food for Staff

What You'll Do:

Welcome and attend to high-end guests with warmth and professionalism Ensure an exceptional guest experience from entry to exit Coordinate with the floor team and handle basic queries or concerns Be the face of the brand and create a welcoming vibe for our clientele
