The GRE will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring they have a seamless and pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant. Manage and update the reservation diary accurately. Escort guests to their tables and ensure seating preferences are met. Coordinate with the service and bar teams to ensure smooth guest flow. Maintain guest history records for VIPs and regular customers. Present menus and assist guests with basic menu-related information. Handle guest feedback and complaints politely and inform the manager if needed. Maintain cleanliness and presentation at the entrance and reception area. Follow company grooming, communication, and service standards at all times. Support the team during busy hours to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest relations or front-of-house roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and professional grooming. Good telephone manners and confidence in handling reservations. Basic knowledge of menu items and restaurant layout. Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail. Immediate joiners preferred.
