Coordinate closely with the service, kitchen, and management teams for smooth operations
Ensure high standards of grooming, hygiene, and service etiquette are maintained
Maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback for service improvement
Support special events, banquets, and promotional activities
Assist in upselling restaurant offerings and enhancing guest experience
Follow company SOPs and service standards at all times
