Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and assist during stay
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and F&B
Maintain guest profiles and special preferences
Ensure service recovery and guest delight initiatives
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Guest handling and problem-solving ability
Pleasant personality and professional grooming
Knowledge of hotel PMS is an advantage
Qualification:
Hotel Management / Any graduate preferred
1-4 years experience in guest relations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
