Position Overview:



We are looking for a confident and people-friendly Guest Relations Executive (GRE) for our Kondhwa project site. You'll be the first point of contact for visiting clients -- responsible for welcoming them, capturing their preferences, and assigning them to the relevant Closing Managers for further assistance.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who want to build a career in real estate client servicing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Reception & Greeting:

Welcome walk-in and scheduled clients at the site reception.

Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Client Tagging & Coordination:

Understand client requirements (budget, property type, preferences).

Tag and record client details in the system or tracker.

Ensure accurate data entry and client profiling.

Assigning to Closing Managers:

Assign each client to the appropriate Closing Manager based on need and availability.

Brief the Closing Manager on the client's background and requirements.

Ensure smooth handoff and minimum wait time for the client.

Communication & Follow-Up:



Coordinate between reception and sales team to manage client flow.

Maintain a daily log of walk-ins, assignments, and follow-ups.

General Support:



Keep the reception area clean, organized, and client-ready at all times.

Support in basic administrative or event tasks at the site, as required.

Who Can Apply:



Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in client-facing roles

Any graduate (or pursuing final year) - no specific stream required

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Polite, presentable, and willing to learn

Basic comfort with using mobile apps or data entry tools
