Front Office Operations:
Assisting with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth transactions.
Managing VIP guest arrivals and departures, including pre-registration and special requests.
Maintaining accurate guest records and information.
Collaborating with other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest needs.

Should have worked same field for minimum 2 years
