Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)Department

Reports To: Front Office Manager / Guest Relations Manager
Summary:
As a Guest Relations Executive (GRE), you will be the face of our hotel and the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. You will handle guest queries, resolve complaints promptly, and go the extra mile to enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Anticipate and respond to guests' needs and preferences in a personalized and timely manner.
Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and follow-up.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, room rates, packages, and promotions.
Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge) to fulfill guest requests.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,921.53 - ₹36,583.10 per month
