As a

Guest Relations Executive

, you will be the face of Olga Resorts, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. Your primary responsibility is to enhance the guest experience by providing personalized service, handling guest inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.

Key Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the stay by maintaining regular contact and responding to requests. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met. Prepare welcome amenities and assist in arranging special requests (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries). Maintain an updated database of guest preferences and feedback. Promote resort services and experiences, including spa, dining, and excursions. Monitor guest feedback (online and offline) and share insights with management. Actively encourage guests to share their experiences through online reviews (Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, etc.). Politely request feedback during check-out and assist guests in leaving reviews using tablets, QR codes, or links.

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
