Welcoming guests

during check-in and ensuring a smooth departure at check-out.

Handling guest complaints

and resolving issues efficiently.

Providing information

about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

Coordinating with other departments

to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Managing guest records

and maintaining accurate booking details.

Monitoring customer satisfaction

and implementing improvements.

Overseeing VIP guests

and ensuring their special requirements are met.

Collecting guest feedback

and taking necessary actions for service recovery
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
