Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for banquets and events.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Promote special packages, offers, and events through outbound sales efforts.
Client management:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients from the initial inquiry through the event's completion.
Meet with clients to understand their needs, show them the facilities, and help develop menus and other arrangements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individual customers.
Event coordination and execution:
Coordinate with internal departments such as catering, kitchen, and event staff to ensure seamless event execution.
Oversee event setup, including room layout and audiovisual requirements.
Greet clients upon arrival, review arrangements, and introduce them to the on-site manager.
Conduct post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and solicit repeat bookings.
Administrative and strategic tasks:
Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and event documents.
Process event bookings, track sales, and prepare sales reports.
Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry trends.
