ob Summary:



The Guest Relation Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a pleasant and smooth hospital experience. The role involves assisting patients with registration, guiding them through hospital processes, handling queries, and maintaining excellent patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist all patients and visitors courteously upon arrival. Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination. Provide information about hospital services, consultants, and procedures. Guide patients to various departments such as OPD, pharmacy, opticals, and diagnostics. Handle patient feedback, concerns, and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments. Ensure waiting areas are clean, organized, and patient-friendly. Support elderly patients and those requiring special assistance. Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative teams for smooth patient flow. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records. Assist in organizing patient education and hospital promotional activities.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in hospital front office or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and local language. Pleasant personality with a patient-centered attitude. Basic computer skills (MS Office, hospital management software).

Work Environment:



Front office/reception area of the hospital. Interaction with patients, doctors, and staff on a daily basis.
