We are looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented Guest Relation Executive to be the face of our hotel and ensure a welcoming guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests during check-in/check-out
Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests courteously
Coordinate with departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain guest records and preferences
Promote hotel services and upsell amenities
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
0-2 years' experience in guest relations/front office in hotels or resorts
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (other languages a plus)
Positive, customer-focused attitude
Local candidates preferred
