Role Description

This is a full-time GUEST RELATION EXECUTIVE role located in Kozhikode. The GRE will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing excellent customer service on-site at MGI.

Qualifications

Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills Customer Service skills Experience in a similar role is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in MS Office applications Any graduates can apply. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
