Job Description

Role Objective

To create a warm and inviting atmosphere by being the first point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless seating arrangements, efficient reservation management, and an overall superior guest experience.



Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.



Escort guests to tables and ensure they are comfortably seated.



Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.



Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely.



Follow grooming standards and maintain professional appearance.



Eligibility Criteria

Education

Minimum 10th pass.

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality preferred.

Experience

0-2 years in hospitality/customer service (freshers may be considered).

Skills & Attributes

Excellent verbal communication in English [local language knowledge is a plus]

Pleasant personality, confident, and approachable.

Strong interpersonal and conflict-handling skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Professional grooming, hygiene, and body language.

Service-oriented with good team spirit.
