Job Description

Greet and communicate with the patients politely.

Coordinate with the Ward Staff to speed up discharges / ready rooms by cleaning staff to enable efficient room allotment.

Check and collect details of vacant rooms per patient need.

Check the details of the admission request and accordingly coordinate and ensure faster admission process.

Appropriately explain the financial details to the patient which including overall treatment expenses, surgery costs, procedure charges, room/ward tariffs (counselling regarding variation in the charges according to the room / ward occupied), packages (inclusions and exclusions) etc...

Appropriately explain to the patient/bystander about various regulations to be followed during the hospital stay, modes of payment accepted for interim bills,issue of bystander / visitors pass etc...

Prepare and complete all required documentation including the admission consent and online documentation.

Effectively explain the methods of payment and collect initial deposit amount according to the admission category and prescribed procedures.

Should the patient be covered by health insurance, collect requisite details on time and inform the insurance desk for follow up.

Effectively coordinate transfer of patient to the ward/ room.

Send report to all concerned in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
