Customer Service Excellence:

Anticipating needs, building rapport, and providing personalized, upscale service to ensure satisfaction.

Feedback & Resolution:

Actively seeking verbal feedback, addressing complaints, and implementing immediate service recovery.

VIP Coordination:

Acting as the main point of contact for VIPs and informing staff of special requirements.

Operational Support:

Assisting with table setup, monitoring dining area cleanliness, and communicating with the kitchen and service teams.

Promotion:

Highlighting special menu items, promotions, and restaurant facilities to drive sales.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
