As a Guest Relations Executive in our firm, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service experiences for our clients and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our properties, providing information, assistance, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at our properties.
2. Provide information about our properties, amenities, and services to guests.
3. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with other departments (such as sales, maintenance, and housekeeping) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
5. Maintain a tidy and professional reception area and ensure all promotional materials are up to date.
6. Schedule appointments, property tours, and follow-up meetings as required.
7. Handle phone calls and direct them appropriately within the organization.
8. Manage reservations and bookings for property viewings or meetings.
9. Keep records of guest interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
10. Stay updated on property market trends and developments to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Guest Relations Executive or similar role in the real estate or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-oriented approach and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant software (e.g., CRM systems).
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Hospitality or Business Administration are a plus.
