Key Responsibilities:
Guest Welcome & Hospitality
Greet all walk-in clients and scheduled visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Offer refreshments, ensure comfort, and manage the lounge/waiting experience.
Brief clients with a high-level introduction to the project before handing them over to the sales team.
Client Coordination & Site Experience
Maintain and update the daily visitor log and appointment schedule.
Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to ensure preparedness for client visits.
Ensure model villas, reception area, and all common zones are clean, well-maintained, and ready for walkthroughs.
Front Desk & Communication Support
Handle incoming calls professionally and route them to the concerned team members.
Assist in collecting feedback forms, managing guest queries, and light CRM data entry if required.
Collateral & Brand Presentation
Ensure brochures, price sheets, and project documents are well-stocked and updated.
Maintain brand-aligned aesthetics in the visitor experience zones.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Excellent communication in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
Pleasant personality, confident, and service-oriented mindset
Ability to handle high-value clientele and maintain brand standards
Presentable, organized, and comfortable with basic administrative work
Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred
Eligibility:
Any graduate (degree in hospitality, communication, or business preferred)
1 year of experience in a front office, customer service, or guest relations role
Female candidates preferred (but open to all, based on merit and presentation)
