We are looking for a well-groomed and enthusiastic
GRE/GRSE
to manage outlet inventory records, greet and assist customers, and drive product sales at our Galleria Market outlet. The ideal candidate will come from a management, sales, or hospitality background and possess excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers, ensuring a positive experience at the outlet.
Assist customers in product selection and upselling to maximize sales.
Maintain accurate outlet inventory records and ensure stock availability.
Handle billing, invoicing, and daily sales reporting.
Address customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and follows brand standards.
Coordinate with backend/operations team for replenishment and stock management.
Maintain professionalism in grooming, behavior, and communication.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in
Management, Sales, or Hospitality
(preferred).
0-2 years of experience
in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of inventory handling and sales operations.
Presentable personality with proper grooming and etiquette.
Willingness to work in a retail/outlet environment with flexible shifts.
