Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant experience
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly (if in a hotel)
Manage guest queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism
Coordinate with other departments for guest needs
Maintain records of guests and manage reservations
Promote hotel/restaurant services and facilities to guests
Ensure lobby/front desk area is neat and welcoming
Upsell products or services when appropriate
