Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor. Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs. Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback. Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving ability and customer focus. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus. Presentable and professional appearance.
