Job Description

1. Guest Welcome and Check-in: Welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out processes, and ensure that guests are satisfied with their accommodations.

2. Guest Service and Support: Provide personalized service, answer guest queries, and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

3. Guest Relations: Build relationships with guests, understand their needs, and provide tailored services to exceed their expectations.

4. Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring that guests are satisfied with the outcome.

5. Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

6. Hotel Information: Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

7. Feedback and Quality Improvement: Gather guest feedback, analyze it, and implement changes to improve service quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
