Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with a professional and friendly attitude
Assist guests with lounge services, seating, and F&B guidance
Handle check-in/check-out procedures for lounge access
Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints with efficiency and empathy
Coordinate with F&B, housekeeping, and operations teams to ensure smooth service
Maintain guest records, prepare reports, and share feedback with management
Ensure compliance with company service standards and hospitality protocols
Support in promotional/marketing activities inside the lounge
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Customer Service
1-3 years of experience as GRE/front office/guest service in hospitality or aviation
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; knowledge of Marathi preferred)
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and guest-oriented
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a high-paced lounge environment
Flexible with shifts, weekends, and public holidays
