Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
Support check-in/check-out processes and manage reservations.
Handle guest queries, requests, and concerns professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments for guest needs.
Maintain guest records and personalize services based on preferences.
Escort guests to rooms and explain villa facilities/services.
Manage guest communication via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
Ensure lobby and guest areas remain clean and guest-ready.
Upsell villa services, activities, and special offers.
Record guest feedback and share with management.
Requirements:
1-2 years of guest relations/front office experience (villa, resort, or hotel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional grooming and guest-facing personality.
Ability to multitask and handle guest issues calmly.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality software preferred.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Qualification:
Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
