Job Description

Hiring Guest Host for Restaurant. The ideal candidate should be friendly, presentable, and confident in greeting and managing guests.

They must have good communication skills and be fluent in Telugu, with the ability to coordinate with both kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Warmly welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant.

Manage table allocations, reservations, and waiting lists efficiently.

Coordinate between the kitchen and service staff for smooth guest flow.

Handle guest inquiries, take-away orders, and online deliveries politely.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk / reception area.

Record guest feedback and daily reports as per management requirement.

Assist the Restaurant Manager / Supervisor with VIP or group bookings.

Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality.

Skills & Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in a restaurant.

Fluent in Telugu (must), with basic English and Hindi communication.

Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented.

Good coordination and multitasking abilities.

Basic knowledge of POS or reservation systems preferred.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
