Role Overview: We are looking for a well-spoken, well-groomed, and highly presentable Receptionist to be the face of our clinic. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing reception operations, along with the confidence and grace to interact with VIP clients and senior government officials.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and VIP guests with warmth and professionalism. Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, phone calls, and visitor coordination.
Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain a calm and pleasant atmosphere at the reception area. Handle confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and patient experience. Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
Requirements
:
Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or related field preferred).
3-4 years of experience as Front Desk Executive.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to handle high-profile clients with poise and professionalism.
Proficient in MS Office and appointment management systems.
Expertise in personal LinkedIn profile management and online professional branding will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
