Job Description

A GRE (Guest Relations Executive) / Hostess is the welcoming face of hospitality, responsible for creating positive guest experiences by greeting, seating, managing reservations, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with other staff to ensure smooth service in hotels or restaurants, focusing heavily on guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Welcome & Departure:

Warmly greet guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, provide farewells, and manage arrival lists.

Information & Assistance:

Offer accurate info on facilities, services, local attractions; assist with messages, travel, and special requests (VIPs).

Reservations & Seating:

Manage bookings, waitlists, assign tables, and coordinate with servers for smooth flow.

Issue Resolution:

Professionally handle complaints, concerns, and inquiries, escalating when necessary.

Department Coordination:

Liaise with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance for guest needs.

Record Keeping:

Maintain guest records, update logbooks, and report feedback.

Promotions:

Identify opportunities to upsell services and promote amenities.
Core Skills Needed

Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Professional attitude, positive demeanor, and outgoing personality. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Computer literacy (MS Office, booking software). Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask.

Pay: ?11,633.64 - ?36,143.04 per month
