Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a personalized and professional experience.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.
Ensure guests are comfortable and their expectations are met or exceeded throughout their visit.
Maintain high standards of etiquette, grooming, and hospitality at all times.
Relationship Management
Build rapport with regular and VIP guests; maintain guest preference records.
Collect guest feedback proactively and address concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
Coordinate special arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate guests, and VIP visits.
Coordination & Operations
Liaise with service staff, kitchen team, and management to ensure smooth service delivery.
Communicate special guest requirements (dietary restrictions, allergies, seating preferences) to relevant teams.
Assist in managing waitlists during peak hours while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Quality & Brand Standards
Ensure compliance with restaurant service standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines.
Monitor ambience, cleanliness, and presentation of the dining area.
Support management in maintaining fine-dining service protocols.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily guest interaction logs and feedback reports.
Share insights on guest preferences and service improvements with management.
