We are a vibrant and fast-growing outdoor cafe known for our warm hospitality, relaxed ambience, and exceptional service. We're looking for a dynamic and guest-focused professional to join our team as a Guest Relations Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth seating experience
- Manage reservations, guest flow, and waiting lists efficiently
- Build strong rapport with guests and handle feedback professionally
- Coordinate with service & kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experience
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and cafe presentation
- Assist in handling guest complaints with grace, empathy, and quick resolution
- Upsell cafe offerings where appropriate
- Support during events, busy hours, and special setups

Requirements:

- Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, or F&B preferred
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
