Female Guest Relation Executive

for our high-end

Spa & Salon

located within a prestigious 5 star hotel in

Goa

. As the first point of contact, you will ensure each guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless, professional experience.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a pleasant personality are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience Manage service bookings and client schedules efficiently Explain spa/salon services, packages, and offers with clarity Handle guest inquiries in-person, over phone, or via email Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations Maintain reception area aesthetics and professionalism Handle feedback and resolve concerns with patience and care Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication is mandatory

Outspoken, friendly, and customer-oriented personality Well-versed with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, POS software) Confident and well-groomed with a professional attitude Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Prior spa/salon/hospitality experience is a plus but not required

Educational Qualification:

Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or any service-related stream

Freshers are welcome

Preferred Candidate:

Female candidates only

Based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar Available to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per spa operations
