Job Opportunity: Guest Relation Executive at Luxury Restaurant in Anjuna, North Goa

Kish Hospitality Consultant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relation Executive to join our team at a luxury restaurant in Anjuna, North Goa. As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience, and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and personalized experience

- Manage reservations, seating, and table assignments

- Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and other staff to ensure seamless service

- Handle guest complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally

- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and preferences

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury restaurant or hospitality setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience
