Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell studio memberships, packages, and wellness programs. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective conversions. Follow up with leads from tele-calling, walk-ins, and referrals. Actively participate in promotional events, open houses, and collaborations. Welcome guests warmly, guide them through the studio, and explain offerings. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries promptly. Ensure a seamless experience from first interaction to membership sign-up. Build and nurture strong relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals. Coordinate with instructors and management for smooth class scheduling. Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and guest interactions. Provide feedback to management on client needs and service improvements.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Guest Relations, or Customer Service. Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. A passion for wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industries is a plus. Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Khan Market, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:

Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
