Assist with special requests such as reservations, room upgrades, or concierge services.
Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Conduct regular guest satisfaction checks and gather feedback.
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and complaints.
Promote loyalty programs, special packages, and services.
Ensure VIP guests receive personalized and seamless service.
Uphold company policies and service standards consistently.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Well-groomed, courteous, and professional demeanor.
Education and Experience:
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in hospitality.
