Key Responsibilities:
Welcome, seat, and engage guests with
professionalism and warmth.
Accurately take and process food & beverage orders.
Provide detailed
menu knowledge and make personalized recommendations

Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
Maintain
cleanliness, readiness, and hygiene of dining and service areas
.
Attend incoming calls, manage reservations, and maintain guest records.
Prepare and
update daily operational sheets and reports as required.
Address and resolve guest concerns, escalating to management when needed.
Support sales through
upselling and promoting specials or offer.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.
