Reservation & Communication:
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer general inquiries.
Manage reservation systems and confirm bookings.
Liaise with kitchen, management, and waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
Guest Experience & Problem Solving:
Introduce the server to the table.
Monitor guest satisfaction and check on tables as needed.
Professionally handle complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Front-of-House Management:
Keep the reception area, dining room, and waiting areas clean and organized.
Assist with setup, restocking condiments, and light cleaning tasks.
